Anne Boleyn

"For her behaviour, manners, attire and tongue she excelled them all." — Lancelot de Carles !

Anne Boleyn
----------------

Anne Boleyn Queen of England (Year 1533 -1536); as the second wife of King Henry VIII of England!

She was daughter of Thomas Boleyn, 1st Earl of Wiltshire.

She refused to become mistress of King Henry VIII. Soon it became of attractive object of desires which resulted in annul his marriage to Queen Catherine. Anne was crowned Queen of England in 1533.. She had a larger staff of servants. There were over 250 servants or helpers (which includes priests to stable-boys). She gave birth to Elizabeth I (of England). However, they could not have male heir; many miscarriages followed.

In 1536 Henry orders for investigation against Anne for high treason. She was tried and found guilty. Subsequently she was beheaded four days later on Tower Green.
Following the coronation of her daughter, Elizabeth, as queen, Anne was venerated as a martyr and highly respected queen of the English Reformation.

Her execution was one of saddest events in England’s Royal Family history. Her execution; made her an important model in the political and religious movement of English and Political Establishments. And one of the important and the most influential queen consort England has ever had!

Anne Boleyn!

ayodhya verdict

Court Verdict - Holy site in Ayodhya should be split between Hindus and Muslims.

Nice and peaceful verdict!

It was a mere "happy compromise" or a test to win "secular identity"

Nobody wins and nobody fails but it is a direct recognition that Temple existed during the year of 1528!

Let peace prevail in Ayodhya!

Kashmir Violence

Cause: Cross border terrorism and insurgents!
Kashmiri militants/terrorist groups involved:
Hizbul Muhajideen - pro-Pakistan militants and the oldest active group.
Lashkar-e-Toyeba - Sunni Islamists, including militants from outside Kashmir.
Harkut-ul-Muhajideen - a coalition of militants including Kashmiris, Afghanis, and Arab fighters.
Tehreek-e-Jehad.- a new organization of uncertain origins, membership and goals. But destined to kill inoncent lives and a terrorist organisation

Truth: Maharaja Hari Singh signed agreement to merge with India considering history and in exchange for military and economic support; when Hindus were tortured and brutally murdered by Pakistan rebel forces. Instrument of Accession of Jammu and Kashmir State dated 26 October, 1947 as shown in the uploaded pic (extracted from legitimate website)
Let’s talk peace once cross border terrorism stops! Foreign media needs to do more to bring out the truth and needs to highlight the major issue faced by Indian Government due to cross border terrorism!

Lost Himalayas

If you compare the existing photographs with George Mallory's photos of Himalayas (dated 1921); it reveals a stunning truth; the ice of the Himalaya is disappearing faster than scientists predicted. If the present rate of melting continues for next 50 years; Himalayas will become history.

Melting glaciers in the Himalaya is controversial; and many disputed reports from glaciologists.

BP Oil Spill & Bhopal

The Bhopal Gas Tragedy is the world's worst industrial disaster:

It occurred on the night of December 2/3, 1984 at the Union Carbide India Limited (subsidiary of Dow Chemical) pesticide plant in Bhopal-India. A leak of gas and other chemicals from the plant resulted in the exposure of several thousands of people. About fifteen thousand people died so far. In that 8000 were immediate deaths.

In June 2010, seven ex-employees, including the former chairman of UCIL, were convicted in Bhopal of causing death by negligence and sentenced to two years imprisonment and a fine of about $2,000 each, the maximum punishment allowed by law; unfortunately Justice denied to those families; who lost their loved ones. So far they have not got adequate compensation in last so many years. Justice denied to those families.

Let’s take a look at BP Oil Spill in Gulf of Mexico, USA:

Thank god; no deaths!

$20 Billion (with $3 billion immediate deposit in escrow account); Americans received as compensation from BP. This is for Oil spill from BP Oil Drill; which caused environment disaster, affected many beach goers and fishermen, and for impact to regional economy.

Helen Thomas

The legendary journalist; covered the administrations of ten US presidents; had to resign after her controversial comments about Israel / Palestine were captured on video and widely circulated on the Internet.

A rabbi asked her a question about Israel; her reply was: "Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine." She continued to say that the Palestinians are "occupied" and that the Jews should "Go home" – to Germany Poland, America and "everywhere else."
Does the white house know the real meaning of “Press Freedom” or “freedom of speech” or whether the Americans know the level of Jewish lobby in US political circle?

Anyways it was her decision to quit; before anyone pressurize her to do so!

poor money diverted (india)

Funds used to finance common wealth games are the funds which are meant to fight poverty. Millions of dollars are diverted from these funds are supposed to help raise communities out of poverty.

This happened in India!

To project India as a Global Destination for sports; made government lose its moral and legal responsibilities to common people!

26/11 kasab convicted

Media networks says "nothing less than death penalty would satisy Indian people".

Hardly two people put into death chambers in last 15 years!

Indian People are against capital punishment (death penalty) or have a opinion against death penalty in general but definitely not at this time!

This time one exception for Mohammad Ajmal Amir Qasab; he should be hanged immediately!

Only one doubt "Was Media Behaving Responsibly" ?

Shashi Tharoor - IPL

Infant in Indian Politics; Shashi Tharoor had to resign over a cricket scandal though he is merely a cricket lover!

His frenzied tweets landed him to trouble earlier; but luck helped him to overcome the opposition party’s wrath. This time; cricket got him into trouble!

Not sure whether his conscience is clear but he had to resign!
His credentials impeccable; many Urban Indians will miss him!

Kerala Listed No.1 (ALCOHOL Consumers)

I drink too; but I never wanted to be on top list of heavy drinkers!

I love life and enjoy each cocktail party moments!

This is something disturbing; we are proud being a no.1 literate state and no.1 state for better living standards; but not sure we are really proud of this news which was published today in BBC.

My two cents!

MF Husain !

Is MF Husain really deserve India or India deserve MF Husain?

Nobody s sure when he will need to get another country's citizenship to escape wrath of Qatar people.

There are 900 cases against him in Indian courts for his paintings of nude Hindu goddesses; and he is aware only of 7 cases.

Whether Husain comes back or not; this shows country antiquated and slow-moving justice system.

Veteran Marxist leader Joyit Basu dead !

The nation mourns for the death of the iconic Marxist leader Jyoti Basu ! One of the tallest leaders; democratic and secular face of CPM for decades died. Laal Salaam!

He was an excellent administrator, leader of the people and a high standing statesman.

His promise to serve humanity continues to be fulfilled even after his death. As per his wish; his eyes were donated and his body handed-over to state medical authorities for medical research.

The people of India have lost a renowned personality, a great humanist and a true patriot.
